A 22-tooth steel sprocket for 60 chain with a finished 1 1/4 inch bore, keyway, set screws and black oxide finish
This 22-tooth sprocket fits 60 chain with a 3/4 inch pitch and a finished 1 1/4 inch bore. It is made from steel with a black oxide finish and includes a keyway plus two set screws for secure mounting. Collectors and maintenance teams can use it as a display piece or a direct replacement part. It is not for buyers who need a different chain pitch or a bore size not listed here.
The 1/4 inch wide by 1/8 inch deep keyway mates with a standard key to prevent rotation on the shaft. Two set screws provide additional locking force without extra hardware. This combination means the sprocket can be installed and secured in one step. It does not suit applications that require a split hub or a taper-lock bushing instead.
Slide the sprocket onto a 1 1/4 inch shaft, align the key in the keyway, and tighten the two set screws. The hub projection of .791 inch and hub diameter of 4 inch give enough length for a firm grip. Misalignment or an undersized shaft are the typical issues that cause wobble or premature wear. No special tools are required beyond standard hex keys.

A 22-tooth steel sprocket with black oxide finish lasts until chain stretch wears the tooth profile; inspect every few hundred hours and replace when teeth show hooked wear.
Tooth wear from chain articulation becomes the limiting factor before the 1 1/4 in bore or keyway shows distress.
The steel sprocket itself runs silently and adds negligible heat; noise and temperature come from the chain mesh and bearings, not the 5.67 in outside diameter.
