Steel chain sprocket with 26 teeth for 60 chain size, 1 1/4 inch bore with keyway and set screws included
This finished-bore sprocket is built for single-strand 60 chain drives in industrial power-transmission setups. The 1 1/4 in bore with keyway and two set screws provides a secure, non-slip connection to a matching shaft. It is suited for maintenance crews and OEM assemblers replacing worn sprockets on existing equipment.
The 1/4 in wide by 1/8 in deep keyway mates with a standard key to transmit torque without relying on friction alone. Two set screws lock the sprocket axially, reducing the chance of drift under vibration. Black-oxide finish adds a layer of corrosion resistance during storage and initial operation.
Confirm the shaft measures exactly 1 1/4 in and carries a matching keyway before ordering. Ensure the drive uses ANSI 60 chain with a 3/4 in pitch and that the 4 in hub diameter and .791 in projection fit within existing guards or adjacent components. The 6.63 in outside diameter and 6.222 in pitch diameter must suit the centre-distance and ratio of the current drive.

Replace the sprocket once the 26 teeth show visible hooking or the 3/4 in chain pitch stretches beyond tolerance; the black-oxide finish delays corrosion but does not prevent wear.
The 6.222 in pitch diameter and 1 1/4 in fixed bore define the torque ceiling; sustained load beyond the keyway’s 1/4 in width and 1/8 in depth risks key shear before the hub yields.
The steel body at 6.63 in outside diameter dissipates heat through the 4 in hub; no bearings or seals are present, so noise stays at chain-mesh level and temperature rise is minimal.
