A steel ANSI B 29.1 roller-chain sprocket with 19 hardened teeth, 3/4 in pitch and a quick-detachable SDS bushing
This TRITAN sprocket is a bushed roller chain component built for power transmission systems. It suits maintenance engineers and machine builders who need a hardened-tooth sprocket compatible with SDS quick-detachable bushings.
The sprocket body is steel with hardened teeth for wear resistance and a black oxide finish for corrosion protection. Its one-side hub design and SDS bushing interface allow rapid installation or removal without specialized tools, reducing downtime during chain replacement or ratio changes.
Manufactured to ANSI B 29.1 and BIS standards, the sprocket matches single-strand number 60 chain with a 3/4 inch pitch. The 19-tooth profile delivers a 4.557 inch pitch diameter and 0.459 inch tooth width, ensuring correct engagement without additional machining.

The sprocket is made for 3/4 inch pitch chain and meets ANSI B 29.1 for roller-chain dimensions and tolerances.
It uses an SDS quick-detachable bushing with a one-side hub that projects 1.041 inches.
Insert the SDS bushing, torque the cap screws to seat the taper, then tighten the set screw over the key — skipping the set screw lets the assembly work loose.
