Steel 80 chain sprocket with 18 teeth, 1 1/4 in bore, keyway, and set screws
This TRITAN sprocket is a finished-bore power-transmission component built for single-strand 80 chain. It suits maintenance teams and OEM builders who need a direct replacement on existing shafts.
The sprocket has 18 teeth cut to a 5.759 in pitch diameter and a 6.27 in outside diameter for 1 in chain pitch. Those dimensions determine whether the part meshes correctly with your current drive.
A 1 1/4 in fixed bore with a 1/4 in wide by 1/8 in deep keyway and two set screws locks the sprocket to the shaft. Misaligned keyways or missing set screws are the typical installation issues.

Each revolution moves the chain 18 pitches, so speed is directly proportional to shaft RPM and the 1-inch pitch.
It fixes the pitch at 1 inch and requires matching 80-series roller chain; no other chain will engage correctly.
A 1 1/4-inch shaft with a standard 1/4-inch key seats in the bore; two set screws lock it axially.
