A cast-iron pillow block bearing with a 1 3/4 in cylindrical bore, double-sealed radial ball insert and fixed bolt-through mounting for power-transmission shafts
The Tritan HCP209-28 is a cast-iron housed pillow block bearing with an eccentric locking collar. It suits maintenance teams and machinery builders who need a fixed, grease-lubricated unit for radial loads in industrial equipment.
The unit mounts through bolt holes on a 5 47/64 in square pattern and sits at a 2 7/64 in centre height. Double-sealed closure keeps contaminants out of the alloy-steel radial ball insert, reducing the need for frequent relubrication.
The cylindrical bore accepts a 1 3/4 in shaft and operates continuously across a -40 °F to 250 °F range. It is not suited for applications requiring expansion-type bearings or shaft sizes outside the stated bore diameter.

The lubricant is rated up to 250 Degrees F; sustained operation above that temperature will degrade the grease.
Double-sealed radial ball insert and grease fill keep noise low and heat within the -40 to 250 Degrees F range.
A cylindrical shaft of exactly 1 3/4 in diameter is required for the eccentric locking collar to engage.
