Tritan SBFL205-16G Rhombus Bearing

This new two-bolt flange bearing uses a radial ball insert made from alloy steel. The rhombus-shaped cast iron housing holds a single row of rolling elements. A cylindrical bore of one inch accepts a matching shaft for power transmission setups.

Double-Sealed Operation Across Temperature Range

Double seals keep lubricant in and contaminants out during continuous running. The NLGI #2 equivalent grease stays effective from minus forty up to two hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Fixed expansion type maintains position under sustained radial load.

Two-Hole Mounting and Compact Footprint

Two mounting holes simplify alignment on flat surfaces. Overall height measures one and thirteen thirty-seconds inches while overall length reaches five and one eighth inches. Blue finish distinguishes the unit in maintenance inventories.

Questions about this item

How hot does the cast-iron housing get during continuous operation?

The bearing is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 250 Degrees F and a minimum of -40 Degrees F, with NLGI #2 equivalent lubricant suited for that range.

What shaft size fits the 1-inch cylindrical bore of the included SB205-16G insert?

The bearing accepts a 1-inch diameter cylindrical shaft; the double-sealed radial ball insert is factory-lubricated and ready to mount.

Will the 2-bolt rhombus flange pattern match the 5 1/8-inch hole spacing on my existing frame?

The housing measures 5 1/8 inches overall length and 2 11/16 inches overall width with two mount holes; verify your frame's bolt centres against those dimensions.
