A 4-bolt square flange bearing with 1/2 in bore, alloy-steel radial ball insert and double seals
The Tritan UCF201-8 is a 4 bolt flange bearing designed for power transmission applications. It features a square cast iron housing with an alloy steel radial ball insert. The unit arrives new and ready for installation in industrial machinery.
The bearing insert is a UC201-8 radial ball type made from alloy steel. It uses a double sealed closure to protect against contaminants and retains lubricant effectively. NLGI #2 equivalent grease is factory filled for immediate operation.
The cylindrical bore measures 1/2 inch and is a fixed expansion type. Four mount holes on a 2 17/32 inch center-to-center height secure the 3 3/8 inch square housing. This specific bore size determines shaft compatibility.

The double-sealed UC201-8 insert is lubricated for life with NLGI #2 equivalent grease, so no scheduled re-lubrication is required under normal operating conditions.
The 250 °F maximum temperature limit will be reached before the cast-iron housing yields, so sustained loads must stay within that thermal boundary.
Yes, the double-sealed radial-ball insert operates quietly with minimal heat rise, staying within the -40 °F to 250 °F range during continuous duty.
