A 60 mm bore, four-bolt square flange bearing with a cast-iron housing and double-sealed radial ball insert rated from -40 to 120 °C
The Tritan UCF212-60MM is a 4-bolt flange bearing built for power-transmission equipment. It uses a radial ball insert made from alloy steel inside a square cast-iron housing. The unit arrives new and double-sealed with NLGI #2 equivalent lubricant already applied.
This bearing fits shafts with a 60 mm cylindrical bore where a fixed, non-expansion mount is required. The jump is worth it when an existing unit shows seal failure, excessive play, or corrosion on the housing. Four mounting holes on a 142.8 mm center pattern secure the 175 mm square housing to the frame.
The assembly operates continuously between -40 degrees C and 120 degrees C without losing seal integrity or lubricant consistency. Cast-iron construction resists vibration and shock loads better than pressed-steel alternatives. Double sealing keeps contaminants out during extended run periods in dirty environments.

The square housing has a mount-hole centre-to-centre height of 142.8 mm and an overall height and length of 175 mm each.
The insert uses a set-screw locking collar; the step often missed is tightening both screws to the recommended torque after the bearing is aligned.
Replace the bearing when seal integrity is lost, lubricant leaks, or operating noise and vibration increase beyond normal levels.
