Desktop stapler for daily paperwork

The TRU RED OneTouch DX4 is a manual desktop stapler built for occasional use or high-volume tasks at a busy office or home workstation. It secures up to 30 sheets of paper at a time and accepts standard 1/4 inch full-strip staples, which are sold separately. The gray plastic body measures 8.5 by 7.1 by 2.7 inches and weighs about one pound.

Flat-clinch design and anti-skid base

A flat-clinch mechanism keeps stapled stacks flat for neat filing, while the anti-skid base prevents the unit from sliding on the desk. The rubberised finish provides a comfortable no-slip grip, and a front-loading push-button release makes reloading staples quick and straightforward. A side-mounted low-staple indicator shows when a refill is needed.

Low-force operation for quiet use

The reduced-effort mechanism drives staples through 30 sheets without excessive hand pressure, keeping noise to a minimum in shared spaces. No external power source is required, so the stapler runs silently and adds no draw to desk outlets. The simple manual action means consistent performance without motors or electronics to maintain.
