Yellow High-Yield Toner for Canon Colour Printers

This aftermarket cartridge replaces the Canon 045HY yellow toner and fits the Color imageCLASS MF634Cdw, MF632Cdw and LBP612Cdw models. It delivers 2200 pages at five percent coverage, matching the OEM high-yield specification. The single-pack unit is new and manufactured to ISO quality standards. Small offices and home users get consistent yellow output for colour documents and graphics.

Upgrade from Standard-Yield 045 Cartridges

The standard 045 yellow cartridge prints far fewer pages, so frequent replacements interrupt workflow. Switching to this 2200-page high-yield version cuts the number of swaps roughly in half for the same print volume. The jump pays off when monthly colour output reaches a few hundred pages, reducing downtime and per-page cost. Buyers who only print occasional colour pages will not recover the price difference.

Capacity and Headroom for Colour Workloads

At 2200 pages the cartridge handles several months of typical small-business reports, marketing handouts and mixed text-and-image jobs. Heavy photo printing or full-page colour coverage consumes toner faster and will exhaust the supply well before the rated yield. Users needing continuous high-volume colour output should plan for more frequent changes or a multi-cartridge stock. The single yellow cartridge cannot cover cyan, magenta or black needs.
