Compatible High-Yield 147X Black Toner

This two-pack of True Color Toner 147X cartridges replaces the HP W1470X high-yield black toner. Each cartridge is engineered to match the original specifications for page yield and print density. The set is built for offices that run LaserJet Enterprise M611, M612 and Flow MFP M634, M635, M636 series devices. Crisp text and consistent dark tones are produced across the full rated life.

Upgrade From Standard-Capacity Cartridges

The 25200-page combined yield cuts replacement frequency roughly in half compared with standard-capacity alternatives. The jump is worth it when monthly print volumes make single-cartridge changes a recurring interruption. Buyers who only print a few hundred pages a month will not recover the extra outlay before the toner ages. High-volume departments see the clearest workflow benefit.

Check Printer Model And Slot Access

Verify the exact model number on the printer badge against the compatible list: M611dn, M611x, M612dn, M612x, M634h, M634z, M635z, M635fht, M635h, M636z, M636fh. Confirm the cartridge bay accepts high-yield form factor; some compact variants only fit standard cartridges. Ensure the firmware has not been locked to original-only chips.

Questions about this item

Will the W1470X cartridge fit my LaserJet Enterprise M612dn without forcing the tray?

The W1470X is built to the same dimensions as the original HP 147X cartridge, so it seats directly in the standard toner slot of the M612dn and other listed Enterprise models.

What is the correct way to install the 147X toner so the printer recognises it immediately?

Remove the orange protective clip and pull the sealing tape straight out, then rock the cartridge gently side-to-side five times before sliding it in until it clicks; skipping the shake step often causes light prints on the first pages.

When the 25 200-page yield is reached, what part do I replace and how do I know it is empty?

Replace the entire black W1470X cartridge; the printer will display a "Replace Toner" message and print quality will fade, signalling the end of the rated 25 200 pages at 5% coverage.
