Compatible Ricoh 2120D Black Toner

This True Color Toner cartridge replaces Ricoh OEM 888169 and Type 2120D supplies. It fits a wide range of Ricoh Aficio, MP, and Gestetner devices including the 1022, 1027, 1032, 2510, and 2550 series. The single-pack black cartridge delivers an approximate yield of 11000 pages at five percent coverage. It is suited for offices that need reliable monochrome output without paying OEM prices.

Upgrade From Costly OEM Cartridges

Buyers currently using genuine Ricoh 888169 toners can switch to this aftermarket alternative to reduce per-page cost. The jump is worthwhile when print volumes are steady and the printer fleet matches the listed compatible models such as the 2022, 2027, 2032, 3010, 3025, and 3030. It is not for buyers who need colour output or who operate printers outside the supported model list.

Consistent Output Over Long Runs

The toner is manufactured to SMTC and ISO quality standards and tested for stable density across the full 11000-page rating. Under sustained workloads the cartridge maintains sharp text and dark solids without the fade that can appear in untested compatibles. It is not for environments that demand security chips or proprietary toner-level reporting beyond what the printer natively provides.

Questions about this item

Which printer models accept the 2120D cartridge shape?

The cartridge fits Ricoh Aficio 1022, 1027, 1032, 2022, 2027, 2032, 3025, 3030, MP-2510, 2550, 3010, 3350, 3351, 3352, Gestetner 2212, 2712, DSM 627, 725, 730, Lanier 5622, 5627, 5632, LD-225, 230, LD-325, 330, Savin 2522, 2527, 8025 and other listed models.

What is the common mistake when installing this cartridge?

Forgetting to pull the sealing tape completely before inserting the cartridge, which blocks toner flow and causes blank or faded pages.

When will the cartridge need replacement based on the 11000-page yield?

Replace it after printing approximately 11000 pages at 5% coverage; heavy graphics or dense text will reduce the actual page count.
