Questions about this item

Does the True Color Toner 310-8701/8702/8708/8709 cartridge include the drum unit, or do I need a separate drum for my Dell 1720?

This cartridge is a standard yield drum unit with the drum built in, so no separate drum is required for the Dell 1720 or 1720N.

Will the 6000-page yield at 5% coverage drop if I keep using my older Dell 1720N printer?

The 6000-page yield is rated at 5% coverage on compatible Dell 1720 and 1720N printers; actual yield varies with page content and printer condition.

How can I verify the True Color Toner cartridge is working correctly after installing it in my Dell 1720?

Print a test page; sharp black text and graphics at the expected density confirm the cartridge is functioning as intended.
