Four-colour toner set for Lexmark C746 and C748

This pack contains one black, cyan, magenta and yellow cartridge built to replace Lexmark originals C746H1KG, C748H1CG, C748H1MG and C748H1YG. It fits the Lexmark C746, X746, XS746, C748, X748 and XS748 printer families. Buyers using other Lexmark models or non-Lexmark printers cannot use these cartridges.

Yield rated at 12000 pages for black

At five-per-cent coverage the black cartridge delivers approximately 12000 pages while each colour cartridge delivers approximately 10000 pages. High-coverage documents such as full-page graphics will reduce the practical page count well below those figures.

Standard-yield specification defines cost per page

The cartridges are rated as standard yield, so the cost per printed page is higher than with high-yield alternatives. Users who print large volumes should calculate total cost of ownership before choosing this pack.

Questions about this item

Will the C746 and C748 cartridges work together in my X748 printer?

Yes, the four-pack includes black C746H1KG and colour C748H1CG, C748H1MG, C748H1YG cartridges, all listed as compatible with the X748 model.

How can I verify the print quality matches the 12000-page black and 10000-page colour yields?

Print a test page after installation; crisp text, solid blacks and accurate colours at 5 % coverage indicate the cartridges are performing to the rated yields.

Does the box contain only the four toner cartridges or are drums and waste bottles included?

The package supplies four toner cartridges — one black and three colour — drums and waste containers are not included and must be purchased separately if needed.
