True Color Toner 42918982 Magenta Cartridge

This True Color Toner cartridge replaces OEM 42918982 for Okidata C9650 series printers. It is a new aftermarket toner in magenta sold as a single pack. Offices and workgroups using compatible C9650 models can install it directly for colour output.

16000 page yield at five percent coverage

The cartridge is rated for approximately 16000 pages at five percent coverage. That capacity suits regular colour document printing and marketing handouts. Heavy graphics or full-page photos will reduce the practical yield well below the rated figure.

SMTC and ISO quality testing

Each cartridge undergoes quality assurance tests set by SMTC and ISO standards. The manufacturer backs the product with a one-year defect guarantee. No additional software, chips or hardware accessories are bundled with the toner.

Questions about this item

Will the 42918982 magenta cartridge work in my older Okidata C9650DN without firmware issues?

The cartridge is listed as compatible with the C9650, C9650DN, C9650HDN and C9650N models, so it fits the same slot and prints without extra steps.

How can I confirm the 16000-page yield is being met after I install the cartridge?

Print a test page and check the printer's supply-status menu; it tracks pages printed at 5 % coverage so you can compare actual count to the 16000 rating.

Does the single pack include a waste-toner bottle or just the magenta toner cartridge?

The pack contains only the magenta toner cartridge; waste-toner bottles and other consumables are sold separately.
