Five-pack colour set

This five-pack contains four colours that replace HP 645A cartridges C9730A, C9731A, C9732A and C9733A. It is built for offices running HP Color LaserJet 5500, 5500DN, 5500DTN or 5550N printers. The set delivers a full replenishment cycle in one box. Shops needing a single black cartridge will find this pack excessive.

Standard-yield cartridges install directly

Each cartridge is a standard-yield unit rated at 13000 pages for black and 12000 pages per colour at five percent coverage. They slot into the printer without adapters or firmware workarounds. The design matches the original dimensions so the printer door closes normally. Environments that demand high-capacity bottles or refillable tanks cannot use these cartridges.

Tested to SMTC and ISO standards

The manufacturer states the cartridges have passed SMTC and ISO quality-assurance tests and carry a one-year defect guarantee. Crisp text and consistent density are the claimed results. No software bundle, chip resetter or cleaning kit is included. Buyers who want integrated print-management analytics or automated reorder services will not find them here.

Questions about this item

Does the 645A cartridge interface work with the HP Color LaserJet 5500DN and 5550N models?

Yes, these cartridges replace OEM numbers C9730A, C9731A, C9732A and C9733A and are listed as compatible with the Color LaserJet 5500DN, 5500DTN and 5550N printers.

What physical cartridge slots do the five cartridges in this pack occupy in the printer?

The pack contains one black cartridge (C9730A) and one each of cyan (C9731A), yellow (C9732A) and magenta (C9733A), filling all four colour slots plus a spare black.

How are the cartridges installed and what common step should be avoided?

Open the printer front cover, pull out the old cartridge, remove the new cartridge from its bag, gently rock it side to side to distribute toner, pull the sealing tape straight out, then slide the cartridge in until it clicks. Do not touch the green imaging drum or expose it to bright light.
