True Color Toner 885257 Black Cartridge

The True Color Toner 885257 is a new aftermarket black toner cartridge rated for approximately 7000 pages at five percent coverage. It replaces Ricoh OEM part 885257 and Type 1150D and ships as a single pack.

Compatible with Ricoh Aficio and Gestetner models

This cartridge fits Ricoh Aficio 1013, 1013F and Gestetner 1302 printers as well as MB260, MB280 and MB290 series multifunction devices. Buyers with other printer models or those needing colour output should look at a different cartridge.

Consistent output over high-volume runs

Quality assurance testing to SMTC and ISO standards aims to keep dark tones and sharp images stable across the full 7000-page yield rather than only in the first few hundred prints.

Questions about this item

Which printer models must I already own for the 885257 cartridge to fit?

The cartridge is compatible with Ricoh Aficio 1013, 1013F, Gestetner 1302 and Ricoh MB260, MB280, MB290 series printers.

Will the cartridge work if I keep using my older Ricoh Aficio 1013F alongside a newer MB280?

Yes, the same 885257 cartridge fits both the legacy Aficio 1013F and the newer MB280 models.

How can I confirm the cartridge is delivering the rated 7000-page yield after installation?

Print until the printer signals low toner; at 5 % coverage you should reach approximately 7000 pages before that alert appears.
