True Color Toner TCT-972A-B Black Cartridge

This high-yield aftermarket toner cartridge replaces the HP 972A F6T80AN original. It is designed for offices and workgroups that rely on HP PageWide Pro printers for daily document output. The single black unit delivers an approximate yield of 3500 pages at five percent coverage. It targets buyers who want consistent mono printing without paying OEM prices.

Build Quality and Daily Use

The cartridge is manufactured to meet SMTC and ISO quality assurance standards for reliable operation. It fits directly into the listed PageWide Pro models without modification or special tools. Crisp, dark text and sharp images are produced across the full rated life. A one-year manufacturer defect guarantee backs the build quality for added confidence.

Upgrade Context and Fit

This cartridge replaces an OEM HP 972A black toner when the original runs low or reaches end of life. The jump is worth it for teams that print high volumes and want to lower cost per page while maintaining professional output. It is not suited for colour printing needs or for printers outside the 352, 377, 452, 477, 552 and 577 series. Buyers who need multi-pack bundles or colour cartridges should look elsewhere.
