Questions about this item

How long will the 45Whr capacity actually run a Dell Latitude 5289 under typical office work?

The 45Whr rating matches the original Dell specification, so expect similar runtime to the factory battery when new — roughly a full workday of light tasks like browsing and document editing.

Does the 11.4V output match the charging circuit in a Latitude 7389 2-in-1 without modification?

Yes, 11.4V is the exact voltage Dell specifies for these models, so the laptop's built-in charger regulates it normally with no hardware changes needed.

Will the 3-cell pack fit inside the Latitude 7390 2-in-1 chassis using the existing screws and latch?

The battery is built to the same 3-cell form factor as the OEM 71TG4 and X49C1 units, so it slides into the same bay and secures with the original hardware.
