Handmade stained-glass torchiere

The TUKO Green Wisteria floor lamp stands 66 inches tall with a 12-inch-wide Tiffany-style shade and an 11-inch antique-bronze iron base weighing 4.3 kg. Each piece is handcrafted, so glass colour varies slightly between units. A UL-listed foot switch sits 43 inches from the plug and 45 inches from the base for convenient reach.

Replaces basic uplights or plain corner lamps

The stained-glass shade transforms a simple uplight into a decorative focal point that changes character when lit. The jump is worth it when you want ambient colour and artisan detail rather than a standard fabric or metal shade. Without illumination the glass appears darker; higher-wattage bulbs make the colours more vibrant.

Fits living rooms, bedrooms

The lamp requires one E26 LED bulb (G45, A16 or A19) up to 100 W, with 2700 K suggested for warm tone. The 4.3 kg base provides stability on level floors. Shade arrives coated with protective mineral oil; wipe with a soft dry cloth before use. Buyers who need dimmable or multi-bulb output should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How wide is the iron base and what is its weight for stability?

The iron base measures 11 inches wide and weighs 4.3KG, providing good stability against tipping.

What bulb type and wattage are required, and how is the lamp switched on?

Use one LED E26 bulb up to 100W, suggested 2700K G45/A16/A19; the foot switch sits 43 inches from the plug and 45 inches from the base.

How should I clean the stained-glass shade and what should I expect over time?

Wipe excess mineral oil from the shade with a soft dry cloth; each handmade shade has unique colour variation, so two lamps will not match exactly.
