Kids Bluetooth 5.2 headphones with volume limits

The TUKO BTH12 is a new over-ear wireless headset designed for children. It uses Bluetooth 5.2 for a stable connection to tablets and other devices. A built-in microphone supports calls and voice apps. The 40 mm drivers deliver stereo sound with rich bass.

Four LED modes and three volume caps

Two independent controls shape the experience. One button cycles through four colourful lighting effects on both earcups; holding it in Bluetooth mode disables the lights to save power. Separate combination keys lock the maximum output at 74, 85 or 94 dB so the level cannot be raised accidentally.

Battery life and wired fallback

The rechargeable cell provides up to 85 hours of playtime and recharges via USB-C; a 10-minute top-up yields roughly 7 hours of use. An included AUX cable allows passive wired listening when the battery is exhausted or when wireless use is not permitted.

Questions about this item

Will the rechargeable battery be user-replaceable when it no longer holds a charge?

The headphones use a built-in rechargeable battery charged via USB-C; no user-replaceable cell is mentioned, so the unit would need service when the battery degrades.

Which volume-limit setting reaches the 94 dB ceiling first during long listening sessions?

The 94 dB limit is the highest of the three selectable caps (74, 85, 94 dB) and will be reached before the lower settings.

How much heat do the LED lights add when they run continuously for hours?

The four lighting modes draw extra power; turning them off via the independent button reduces battery drain and the slight warmth they generate.
