Slim Profile for Tight Spaces

This floor lamp stands 59 inches tall with a 10 inch square base and a narrow silhouette. The compact footprint suits bedrooms, offices or entryways where floor space is limited. A rotary socket switch on the stem provides simple on-off control.

150 Watt Maximum Standard-Medium Bulb

The fixture accepts one standard-medium base bulb up to 150 watts, sold separately. Light output and colour quality depend entirely on the bulb chosen. UL listing confirms the electrical safety of the wiring and socket assembly.

Steady Output with User-Supplied Bulb

Because the bulb is not included, sustained brightness and heat are determined by the lamp you install. The metal pole, cast resin base and taupe faux silk shade remain unchanged during extended use. The 7.5 foot cord allows flexible placement near any outlet.

Questions about this item

How much light can I expect from the 150 watt maximum rating in a typical living room?

The lamp accepts one standard-medium base bulb up to 150 watts, so brightness depends on the bulb you choose; a 150 W incandescent equivalent LED will fill a medium-sized room comfortably.

What does the rotary socket switch control and is it compatible with smart bulbs?

The on-off rotary switch is built into the socket and cuts power to any standard-medium base bulb, including dimmable smart LEDs, as long as the bulb itself handles dimming.

Will the 10 inch square base and 59 inch height fit behind my sofa without tipping?

The 10 inch square cast-resin base weighs 8.8 lbs total, giving a low centre of gravity that keeps the 59 inch lamp stable on carpet or hard floors when placed close to furniture.
