Product identity

The Tuphen 48 inch curved front electric fireplace in Antique Black is a wall mounted or table top appliance for homeowners who want supplemental heat and flame ambience without a chimney or gas line. It fits living rooms, bedrooms or offices up to 400 square feet and operates on standard household power.

Heating specification

The unit delivers 1400 W and 5000 BTU per hour with eleven temperature settings ranging from 64 F to 82 F, so buyers can match output to the room size and season. Flame effect runs independently of heat for year round use.

Thermals, noise and power

CSA and UL certified construction includes double overheat protection and a fuse that cut power automatically if temperatures exceed safe limits. The 50000 hour LED light source produces no audible fan noise while the infrared remote and touch controls let users adjust flame colour, ember bed colour, brightness, backlight and a one to eight hour timer without bending down.
