Power feeding module supplies 120/230 VAC to field devices with diagnostic LEDs and IP20 protection
The Turck BL20-PF-120/230VAC-D is a power feeding module designed for the BL20 I/O system. It supplies field devices with 120 or 230 VAC nominal voltage and integrates diagnostics via LED indicators. The module suits electricians and automation engineers building modular control cabinets that require segregated potential groups.
The unit operates continuously between 0 °C and 55 °C ambient temperature while maintaining IP20 protection. Diagnostics LEDs provide constant visibility of system status, field supply health and fault conditions during extended duty cycles. No active cooling is required and the screw or cage clamp terminals retain secure connections under vibration.
The module works with CANopen, DeviceNet, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, PROFIBUS-DP, PROFINET and Ethernet protocols without protocol-specific configuration. It cannot supply DC loads or voltages outside the 120/230 VAC nominal range. Builders needing DC field power or higher voltage isolation must select a different BL20 power module.

The module is rated for ambient temperatures up to 55 °C, so it is designed to operate all day at that temperature without overheating.
It fits any BL20 I/O station and connects via screw or cage-clamp terminals; the backplane carries the fieldbus signals independent of the power feed.
It creates a separate potential group, so only slices wired into that group receive 120/230 VAC; other slices stay on their existing supply.
