Questions about this item

How do I install the Tweco 12201346 slip-on nozzle onto my WS22 series torch, and what step is often missed?

Push the copper nozzle straight onto the torch tip until it seats fully; the step many miss is verifying the bore aligns with the contact tip so gas flow stays even.

What maintenance or replacement will the Tweco 12201346 copper nozzle need during regular MIG welding?

Inspect the bore for spatter buildup after each shift and replace the nozzle when the copper tip erodes or the slip-on fit loosens, typically after heavy 250 or 400 amp cycles.
