Questions about this item

What power adapter do I need to get the fastest charge from the Tylt Crest Convertible?

Use a USB-C power adapter that can supply at least 10 volts so the charger can deliver its maximum 10 W output for Samsung or 7.5 W for iPhone.

Will my older Qi phone that only accepts 5 W still charge on this stand?

Yes, the charger automatically falls back to 5 W for any Qi device that does not support the higher rates, so legacy handsets charge normally.

How can I confirm the Tylt Crest is fast-charging my Samsung at 10 W?

Your phone will show a fast wireless charging notification or animation, and the battery percentage will rise roughly 1.5 times faster than on a standard 5 W pad.
