What It Is

The U Brands 2343U0001 is a square magnetic glass dry-erase board measuring 12" x 12" with a 0.50" depth. It weighs 10.36 lbs and features a frameless, frosted finish designed for a work cubicle or personal workspace.

Surface Limits

The tempered glass surface resists staining and ghosting better than traditional melamine or painted steel boards. Standard dry-erase markers erase cleanly, though occasional cleaning with dedicated spray or wipes is recommended after heavy use to maintain optimal clarity.

Mounting Reality

The board’s 10.36 lb weight requires secure wall anchors rated for the load; standard drywall screws alone may fail over time. The frameless design leaves no lip for clip-on accessories, so magnetic items must adhere directly to the glass face. Buyers needing a larger collaborative surface or integrated accessory rails will find this 12" square too compact.

Questions about this item

What size should I pick for a small cubicle wall?

The 12" x 12" square footprint fits tight spaces while the 0.50" depth keeps the profile slim against the wall.

Will the glass surface stay clear after daily marker use?

The premium glass resists staining and ghosting so every dry-erase stroke wipes away cleanly with a standard eraser.

How does the magnetic backing work with the mounting hardware?

The board is made of magnetic glass weighing 10.36 lbs, so it accepts magnets directly on the writing face for notes and accessories.
