Replacement Pad for Trodat 4850 Dater

The U. S. Stamp & Sign P4850BR is a new replacement ink pad designed specifically for the Trodat 4850 dater stamp. It supplies red and blue ink in a single cartridge, letting office staff refresh a worn pad without replacing the entire stamping unit.

Consistent Colour Through Heavy Daily Use

The laminated ink reservoir feeds both colours evenly during repeated impressions, so the red date and blue text stay legible across long filing sessions. Ink flow does not falter when the stamp is pressed rapidly, reducing the need to re-ink mid-task.

Drop-In Fit With No Mess

The pad clicks into the Trodat 4850 body without tools, and the sealed laminate prevents ink from transferring to fingers during the swap. Its flat adhesive backing stays bonded to the stamp frame, so the pad will not shift or leak when the unit is stored upright or carried between desks.

Questions about this item

Does the P4850BR pad generate any noise, heat or power draw when used continuously?

No, the P4850BR is a passive ink pad with no moving parts, so it produces no noise, heat or power consumption during all-day use.

Which Trodat dater models must I already own for this P4850BR replacement pad to fit?

The pad is made for the Trodat T4850 dater; check your dater’s model plate to confirm it reads T4850 before ordering.

Will the red/blue ink work cleanly on the laminated tape used with older Brother PT-330 or PT-350 labellers?

The pad’s ink is formulated for paper stamping; laminated label tape from Brother PT-330 or PT-350 machines is non-porous, so impressions may smear or not dry.
