Uber $15 Travel Gift Card

The Uber UB-1500 is a $15 digital gift card for the Uber and Uber Eats apps, intended for anyone who wants prepaid credit for rides or food delivery within the United States. Funds do not expire and the card works in cities where either service operates.

Email delivery and app redemption

The code arrives by email and is added in the Wallet section of the Uber or Uber Eats app by selecting Add Funds, choosing Gift Card, and entering the code; the process requires an active account and internet access. A common issue is attempting to redeem the card outside the U.S., which the terms explicitly prohibit.

U.S. account and app access required

Before ordering, confirm the recipient has a U.S.-based Uber or Uber Eats account and can install the app on a compatible device. The card cannot be used for services in other countries or transferred to a different payment platform.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the $15.00 balance is active after I add the gift code in the Uber app?

Open the Wallet section in the Uber or Uber Eats app; the Uber Cash balance will show the added $15.00 immediately after you enter the gift code and tap Add.

What arrives in the email delivery and do I need to buy anything else to use it?

The email contains a digital gift code for a $15.00 Uber e-gift card; no additional purchase is required — just an Uber or Uber Eats account and the app installed.

Which version should I choose if the recipient only travels within the United States?

This $15.00 Uber gift card is redeemable in the U.S. only, so it is the correct choice for domestic rides and Uber Eats orders.
