900 MHz Sector Antenna

The Ubiquiti Networks AM-9M13-120 is a 900 MHz sector antenna built for 2 x 2 MIMO basestation deployments. It operates across the 902 to 928 MHz range and delivers gain between 13.2 and 13.8 dBi. Horizontal beamwidth measures 109 degrees and vertical beamwidth 120 degrees at the 6 dB points, with an electrical beamwidth of 15 degrees. Maximum VSWR is 1.5:1 and wind survivability is rated at 125 mph or 200 kph.

ISP and WISP basestation builds

This antenna suits integrators deploying AirMAX sector coverage in the 900 MHz band who need the stated gain and beamwidth for point-to-multipoint links. It is not a fit for installations that require a different frequency band, a narrower or wider beam pattern, higher gain than 13.8 dBi, or a form factor intended for client-side rather than basestation use.

Questions about this item

How much power does the AM-9M13-120 draw when running continuously?

The antenna is a passive device with no power supply, so it draws zero watts while operating.

What mounting hardware or radio must I already have to install this sector antenna?

You need a compatible AirMAX radio with dual RP-SMA connectors and a pole-mount kit for the integrated bracket.
