Marvel Avengers Battle for Earth Xbox 360

This new Ubisoft game disc brings the Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth experience to the Xbox 360 console. Rated T for Teen by the ESRB, it falls squarely into the action genre. The title lets players step into the roles of iconic superheroes and engage in combat scenarios inspired by classic comic storylines.

Motion-controlled brawler fans

The Kinect compatibility makes this a fit for players who want gesture-based superhero combat in their living room. It suits friends looking to settle debates over the strongest hero through split-screen or same-screen matches. Solo players who prefer traditional gamepad controls or deep narrative campaigns should look at something else, as the design centres on motion-driven versus play.

Kinect required for core motion gameplay

The specification that decides the purchase is the Kinect Compatible: Yes flag, because the signature super attacks and special moves are built around motion input. Without the sensor, the advertised gesture-driven fighting system cannot be used as intended. Buyers who no longer have the peripheral will not get the experience described.
