Adjustable CPU Holder for Desk Mounting

The Uncaged Ergonomics CPU2 mounts beneath a wooden desktop to hold a computer tower off the floor. It suits home-office users who want to reclaim surface area and keep cables tidy. The steel frame adjusts in height from 14 to 22 inches and in width from 5.2 to 9.25 inches. No tools are required to change the fit.

Suits Standing Desks; Not for Glass Tops

This holder works well for anyone using a sit-stand desk who needs the tower to move with the surface. It also helps IT staff who frequently reach rear ports. Buyers with glass, metal or very thin desktops should look elsewhere because the four-point mount requires wood screws. Very large or unusually shaped chassis may exceed the width range.

17-Inch Rail Sets Travel Distance

The 17-inch mounting rail determines how far the tower can slide in and out. Measure the clear depth under your desk before ordering; if the available space is shorter than 17 inches the unit will not retract fully. The 360-degree swivel and 90-day parts coverage are secondary to this clearance requirement.

Questions about this item

What type of desktop surface do I need to mount the CPU2 holder?

The four-point mounting system connects to any wooden desktop.

Will my existing tower fit if it is narrower than 5.2 inches or wider than 9.25 inches?

The holder adjusts in width from 5.2 to 9.25 inches, so towers outside that range cannot be secured.

How can I confirm the 360-degree swivel and 17-inch slide are operating correctly after installation?

Rotate the cage a full 360 degrees and pull it out along the 17-inch rail; both movements should be smooth and stop at the ends of travel.
