Adjustable Height Footrest

The Uncaged Ergonomics FTREST-BLK is a height-adjustable footrest designed for office workers and students who sit for long periods. It raises the feet to a customizable level that encourages healthier spinal alignment while reducing pressure on the lower back and legs. The platform measures 17 inches long by 13 inches wide and weighs 5.5 pounds.

Desk Clearance and Surface Check

Verify that the space beneath your desk provides at least 17 inches of depth and 13 inches of width so the footrest fits without obstruction. The height range moves from 3.25 inches to 6.25 inches; confirm this range suits your chair and desk combination before ordering. A stable, level floor is required for safe operation.

Plastic Frame with Leather Surface

The unit uses a plastic frame finished with a leather surface that features a massage texture to stimulate the feet and resist slipping. No assembly is mentioned, so the footrest is ready to position under most desks and tables. Adjust the height before sitting down and supervise children if they are nearby.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and is any assembly or extra hardware required?

The package contains one FTREST-BLK foot rest measuring 17" x 13" x 6.25" and weighing 5.5 lbs. No tools or additional parts are needed; it arrives ready to place under the desk.

How do I decide between the adjustable plastic model and the foam or metal alternatives shown in the range?

Choose FTREST-BLK when you want a height range of 3.25" to 6.25" with a massage-textured leather surface on a lightweight plastic frame. Pick a foam model such as FTFOAM-BLK for a fixed 3.75" height and softer cushioning, or a metal version like FOURST-BLK for a 7" fixed height and heavier build.

What does the 3.25" to 6.25" adjustment range mean for my sitting posture at a standard desk?

At the lowest setting your feet rest 3.25" off the floor, and at the highest they sit 6.25" up, letting you match the footrest to your chair height so thighs stay roughly parallel to the ground and lower-back pressure is reduced.
