Genuine Uniden BT-1007 2-pack

This pack supplies two genuine Uniden BT-1007 nickel-metal hydride batteries for cordless telephones. Each cell delivers 600 mAh at 2.4 V and is sold new. The pair suits households or small offices that keep several handsets on standby and want a direct replacement without adaptation.

600 mAh 2.4 V NiMH chemistry

The single specification that decides fit is the 600 mAh capacity at 2.4 V in the original NiMH form factor. Only handsets designed for that exact voltage and capacity will charge and report remaining talk time correctly. Models requiring a different voltage, a higher capacity or lithium chemistry will not operate properly with this pack.

Replaces BT-1015 BT-904 and many OEM codes

The bundle includes two identical batteries that together replace Uniden part numbers BT-1015 and BT-904 plus a long list of OEM codes such as 52780708 and BBTY0655001. Having two units lets you refresh a base station and its expansion handset at the same time. Buyers whose phone uses a proprietary lithium pack or a different connector will not be able to use these cells.

Questions about this item

How long will the 600mAh rating keep a Uniden DECT 6.0 handset running between charges?

The 600mAh capacity matches the original specification for the listed DECT 6.0 models, so talk and standby times will be the same as when the phone was new.

Does the 2.4V NiMH chemistry work with the charging cradle supplied with the phone?

Yes, the 2.4V NiMH pack is the direct replacement chemistry used by the compatible Uniden handsets, so the existing cradle charges it normally.

Will the two-pack fit the battery compartment of a DECT1480 or EXP4540 handset without modification?

The BT-1007 cells are built to the original dimensions for every model listed, including the DECT1480 series and EXP4540, so they drop straight into the compartment.
