SKU CH-500C-ARWBF

Ten black aluminium heatsinks measuring 8.8 mm square and 5 mm high for small-component cooling

  • Product typeCPU Cooling
  • Black finish blends with dark builds
  • 8 mm square footprint fits tight component spacing
  • 5 mm low profile clears nearby parts
  • 7 g each keeps weight minimal on small chips
  • Pack of 10 covers multiple devices or spares

Compact 8.8 mm aluminium heatsinks

These black aluminium heatsinks measure 8.8 mm by 8.8 mm by 5 mm and weigh 7 g each. The pack contains ten pieces intended for cooling small electronic components such as voltage regulators or memory chips. Adhesive glue is required for installation and is not supplied.

Installation requirements

Each heatsink needs a flat mounting surface that matches the 8.8 mm footprint. Thermal adhesive must be sourced separately to bond the part securely. The low 5 mm profile leaves room for tight clearances in compact enclosures or dense circuit boards.

Upgrade context

The set replaces individual stick-on heatsinks bought in smaller quantities. The ten-piece bundle suits builders who need multiple identical sinks for a single project or repeated repairs. Buyers requiring larger surface areas or taller fin stacks for higher heat loads cannot use these miniature sinks.

Questions about this item

What is the maximum height clearance of each 8.8 mm heatsink for low-profile builds?

Each heatsink measures 8.8 x 8.8 x 5 mm, so the stack height is 5 mm (0.2 in).

Will these passive aluminium heatsinks add any audible noise or extra power draw?

They are solid aluminium with no fan or moving parts, so they produce zero noise and draw no power.

What mounting adhesive do I need to attach the heatsinks to my components?

You must supply your own thermal adhesive glue; none is included in the 10-piece pack.
