SKU CH-DQFG-E10HW

A pack of one hundred flexible flat cables, each 150 mm long and 13 mm wide with 24 pins at a 0.5 mm pitch, rated for 80 °C and 60 V

  • 100 cables in one pack for volume repairs

  • 5 mm pitch matches high-density connectors
  • 24 pins carry multiple signals in one ribbon
  • Rated 80 °C and 60 V for reliable operation

What this cable kit is

The pack contains 100 pieces of flexible flat cable built to the AWM 20624 80C 60V VW-1 specification. Each length measures 150mm with a 13mm width, 24 conductors and a .5mm pitch. The plastic jacket is rated for 80°C and 60V, and both ends carry a stiffener to ease insertion and add strain relief.

Who should use these and who should not

Repair technicians and hobbyists working on laptops, LCD monitors, digital cameras or camcorders will find the dimensions and pin count match many internal interconnects. Builds that need a different pin count, a wider or narrower pitch, longer runs or higher voltage ratings cannot use this kit.

Capacity and headroom

The 24 conductors at .5mm pitch handle typical low-voltage signal routing inside compact consumer electronics. The 60V and 80°C limits give headroom for normal operating temperatures and logic-level voltages. Runs longer than 150mm, applications above 60V or environments exceeding 80°C fall outside the rated envelope.

Questions about this item

What connector pitch does the device need to match these 0.5mm pitch cables?

The device must use a 0.5mm pitch connector to match the cable specification.

Will the 150mm length reach between boards in a typical laptop hinge?

At 150mm the cable suits short internal runs such as laptop hinge connections.

How can I confirm the 24 conductors are all making contact after insertion?
