16-wire flat ribbon cable with dual female IDC connectors, 2.54 mm pitch, rated to 300 V and 100 cm long
This 100 cm flat ribbon cable carries two female IDC connectors at 2.54 mm pitch. It is built for Atmel AVR JTAG debuggers and in-system programmers that use a standard 16-wire IDC interface. The grey, fuschia and black plastic assembly weighs 34 g and is rated for 300 V.
The cable only fits headers with 2.54 mm spacing and exactly 16 pins in a 2 × 8 arrangement. Boards that use a different pitch, a 10-pin or 20-pin IDC header, or a keyed connector cannot use this cable. Buyers needing a different pin count or pitch should select another part.

The 2.54 mm pitch matches the standard header spacing on most Atmel AVR JTAG debuggers, so the 16 pin female IDC connectors seat directly without adapters.
The 300 V rating caps the maximum voltage the insulation can handle; the cable is intended for low voltage signal use such as ISP programming, not for mains or high voltage circuits.
