3x AAA Battery Holder 2-Pack

This pack contains two black plastic and metal holders sized 53 x 21 mm that each accept three 1.5 V AAA batteries. Weighing 11 g apiece they are intended for flashlights torches and similar low-power devices.

Low-current portable projects

Suitable for hobbyists and repairers who need a compact holder for temporary or permanent wiring where the load stays below 10 W and 2 A. Not for builds that require higher current capacity waterproof sealing or a built-in switch.

10 W 2 A operating limit

The supplier specifies that the maximum power must stay under 10 W and the working current under 2 A when the holder is in use. This single electrical ceiling decides whether the part fits your circuit.

Questions about this item

How often will the plastic housing or metal contacts need replacing under normal use?

The holder uses a plastic body and metal contacts sized at 53 x 21mm; no maintenance schedule is defined, so inspect contacts for corrosion or melting if you exceed the 2A current limit.

What stops me from drawing more power during a long run?

The supplier states maximum power must stay below 10W and working current below 2A; exceeding either will cause overheating and becomes the first hard limit.

How hot or noisy does the case get when left on all day?

The case itself is silent, but the spec warns to watch battery heat generation and avoid poor-quality cells; sustained loads near 10W will warm the holder noticeably.
