Five-piece 9V clip set

This pack supplies five T-type 9V battery clip connectors with 15 cm cables. Each clip measures 2.3 x 1.3 x 0.8 cm and weighs 11 g. The black and red leads simplify polarity identification. They suit hobbyists, technicians and anyone repairing battery-powered devices.

Replaces worn or broken clips

Use these when original connectors become loose, corroded or snapped off. The 15 cm lead length gives enough reach for most handheld enclosures without excess cable. The jump is worth it when a device fails to power on because of a faulty clip rather than a dead cell.

Fits standard 9V battery slots

The T-type terminals slide onto common 9V snap headers inside meters, alarms, toys and test gear. No soldering is required for the clip end; the free wire ends can be soldered or crimped to a PCB or switch. The compact 0.9 x 0.47 x 0.31 in body leaves room in tight battery compartments.

Questions about this item

What are the dimensions of each clip so I can check if it fits inside my project enclosure?

Each clip measures 2.3 x 1.3 x 0.8 cm, making it compact enough for tight spaces.

How do I correctly connect the two wires to avoid reverse polarity?

Connect the red wire to positive and the black wire to negative; the T-type snap only fits a 9V battery one way.

How long will the 15 cm cables last before the insulation cracks or the snaps loosen?

The faux leather shell protects the solder joints, and the snap terminals resist fatigue through repeated battery changes.
