Wire Cap Connectors for Vehicle Wiring

These 6.3 mm two-pin housings suit cars, mopeds, quad bikes, tricycles, caravans, motorcycles, ATVs, scooters, boats and snowmobiles. The pack supplies twenty male and twenty female ABS housings for repairs, alterations, projects or restorations. Terminals are not included and must be sourced separately.

Simple Crimp Installation with Fixed Hooks

Each housing has a fixed hook that holds the crimped terminal once it is pressed into place. The main difficulty is obtaining 6.3 mm wide male and female terminals, because none are supplied. Without the correct terminals the connectors cannot be completed.

Check Terminal Width Before Ordering

Verify that your existing wiring uses 6.3 mm wide blade terminals; other widths will not fit these housings. The male housing measures 25 by 19 mm, the female 28 by 22 mm and the mated pair 42 by 22 mm. Ensure those dimensions suit the available space in your loom.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the 6.3 mm 2 pin connectors are seated correctly after installation?

The housings have a fixed hook that clicks into place; when the male and female halves join you will feel a firm snap and the latch will not pull apart by hand.

What does the pack contain and which parts must I source separately?

The pack supplies 20 white ABS male housings and 20 white ABS female housings; 6.3 mm male and female terminals are not included and must be purchased separately.

Which version should I choose for a standard 6.3 mm two pin automotive job?

Only one version is listed — 20 sets of 2 pin white ABS housings measuring 42 x 22 mm overall — so that single option covers the requirement.
