Angled Terminal Insulating Covers for Automotive

This set includes ten black rubber boot sleeves shaped for angled terminals. They suit automotive wiring, household appliances, communication gear and general electronics where a right-angle terminal needs insulation and dust protection.

Practical Limits of the Rubber Sleeve Interface

The internal cap diameter is 12 mm and the cable entry measures 8 mm, so only conductors that fit those dimensions can be used. The 3 mm and 1.3 mm wall thicknesses set the insulation rating, while the 15 mm depth and 20 mm shank length limit how far the cover can slide over the crimped terminal.

Easy Push-On Installation with Common Fit Issues

The flexible rubber stretches over the terminal after crimping, requiring no tools. Problems arise when the cable outer diameter exceeds 8 mm or the terminal body is wider than 12 mm, preventing a snug seal and allowing dust ingress.
