Ball transfer units for omnidirectional movement

These 5/8-inch nylon ball transfer units provide omnidirectional load-bearing movement for worktables and benches. Each unit supports a maximum load of 22 lb. The housing is carbon steel with a nylon roller ball measuring 15.8 mm in diameter. They suit transmission, feeding and packaging machinery auxiliary equipment.

Four units with mounting holes but no screws

The package contains four ball transfer units. Each unit features two screw holes with a 4 mm diameter and a 39 mm centre distance for solid attachment. Screws are not included in the package. The carbon steel housing measures 48 x 32 x 20 mm overall.

Simple screw mounting on flat surfaces

Installation uses the two 4 mm mounting holes per unit on a flat work surface. Ensure the 39 mm hole spacing matches your drilling pattern before fixing. The low 20 mm height keeps the profile close to the table. Buyers needing higher individual load ratings or integrated fastening hardware should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

When should I replace the nylon ball on the CY-15A unit?

Replace the nylon roller ball if it develops flat spots, cracks or no longer rotates freely under the 22 lb capacity.

What limits continuous use of the CY-15A transfer unit first?

The 22 lb per unit load rating is the primary limit; exceeding it causes premature nylon ball wear.

How much heat or noise do the CY-15A units generate during all-day operation?

Nylon-on-steel rolling contact produces minimal heat and low noise at the rated 22 lb load.
