Single-point diamond dresser 10 x 24 mm

This handheld diamond dresser removes debris and dull abrasive from grinding wheels to expose a fresh cutting surface. It fits wheels graded 36–60 grit and extends wheel life on surface and cylindrical grinders. The chrome-plated metal shank resists corrosion during workshop use.

Fits wheels 36–60 grit over 350 mm diameter

The dresser works on brown corundum, silicon carbide and white corundum wheels larger than 350 mm. It is not suited for finer grits, smaller wheels or non-abrasive tooling. Operators needing to dress CBN or diamond wheels will need a different tool.

Supplied as a single dresser only

The package contains one dresser with a 10 mm shank diameter and 24 mm shank length. No mounting hardware, coolant nozzles or dressing sticks are included. Users must provide their own holder or machine spindle to secure the tool.

Questions about this item

Will the 10 mm x 24 mm diamond dresser fit my grinder that uses wheels larger than 350 mm diameter?

The dresser is specified for grinding wheels greater than 350 mm in diameter and grit sizes 36 to 60, so it matches that wheel size range.

How can I confirm the dresser is restoring the wheel correctly after I start using it?

You should see unwanted debris and impurities removed, revealing a sharp, clean cutting surface on the wheel as the diamond point passes over it.

Does the package include any mounting hardware or adapters, or just the dresser itself?

The box contains only the single diamond grinding wheel dresser; no additional hardware or adapters are included.
