Unique-Bargains POM V Wheel with Bearing 15.5mm OD 4pcs

SKU CH-S74M-MH0X3

Four POM V-groove wheels with bearings fit 15.5 mm OD V-slot profiles on 3D printers and CNC routers

  • POM material reduces friction for smoother 3D printer motion
  • 5 mm outer diameter fits CR-10 and Ender 3 V-slot profiles
  • Sealed bearing eliminates play for precise linear movement
  • Four wheels per pack complete a full gantry upgrade
  • 5 mm inner hole matches standard M5 axle hardware

Replacement V-Slot Wheels for 3D Printers

These POM V-groove wheels with integrated bearings suit CR-10, CR-10S, Tevo Tarantula and similar 2020-profile machines. Each wheel has a 15.5 mm outer diameter, 5 mm inner hole and 9 mm total height. The pack contains four wheels, enough to refresh a full gantry or carriage set.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The POM tyre resists flat-spotting during long prints, while the sealed bearing keeps rolling resistance low over hours of travel. Metal inserts reinforce the bore so the inner hole stays true at 5 mm even after repeated heating cycles. Black and silver colour coding helps identify wear patterns at a glance.

Installation Notes

Wheels press onto standard 5 mm shafts or eccentric spacers; no tools beyond an Allen key for tension adjustment are required. The tight tolerance on the 15.5 mm OD means shims are rarely needed, but verify the pulley size matches your carriage before fitting. Over-tightening the eccentric nut can bind the bearing, so adjust for free rotation with minimal wobble.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise do the POM V Wheels generate when the printer runs all day?

The wheels use sealed bearings and POM material that run quietly and stay cool during continuous printing.

What must I already own for these 15.5 mm OD wheels to fit my machine?

You need a printer or CNC with V-slot profiles that accept 15.5 mm outer-diameter wheels and a 5 mm inner hole, such as CR-10, CR-10S or Tevo Tarantula.

Will these wheels work alongside the original wheels on my older CR-10?

Yes, they match the 15.5 mm OD and 9 mm total height of the stock wheels, so they can replace or supplement them without alignment issues.
