Rubber grommets for wire protection

These oval rubber grommets shield cables and pipes from abrasion at panel cut-outs. They suit installers working on household, office, industrial or marine wiring where a smooth pass-through is required. The double-sided flange grips material from both faces for a secure fit. Four pieces are supplied for multiple routing points.

Double-sided oval mount with pre-cut slot

Each grommet fits a 46 x 23 mm drill hole and presents a 2 mm groove thickness. The 44 x 22 mm inner opening accepts a range of cable diameters; the moulded slot lets you enlarge the centre hole to suit the cord. Overall dimensions are 52 x 30 x 8 mm, giving a low-profile finish on either side of the panel. The rubber construction remains flexible and heat resistant in service.

Four-piece pack with user-defined hole sizing

The set contains four identical black grommets ready for immediate installation. No additional hardware or tools are included beyond the pre-cut starting slot. Because the centre hole is opened by the installer, the same grommet accommodates tight or loose cable fits without needing separate sizes. This reduces inventory for maintenance kits or field repairs.
