Direct Replacement Nozzles

Two plastic spray jets replace the original windshield washer nozzles on BMW 3 Series E46 models. They match the factory fit and function using OE number 61667056732. Each nozzle has a 2.8mm inner diameter hole and measures 1.57 by 1.57 inches. The pair restores proper washer fluid distribution for clear forward vision.

Sustained Operation Behaviour

The plastic construction resists corrosion and UV exposure during daily driving cycles. Fluid spray pattern remains consistent over repeated activation without clogging or deformation. Nozzle alignment holds position through vibration and temperature swings typical in engine bay environments. Long service life is maintained without performance drop-off.

Upgrade Context

This set replaces cracked, clogged or missing original nozzles that leave streaks or blind spots on the windshield. The jump is worth it when washer fluid no longer reaches the glass evenly or when a nozzle has broken off entirely. Buyers needing heated nozzles or models for other BMW chassis should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How much electrical power or heat does the 2.8 mm nozzle generate during all-day use?

The nozzle has no electrical components; it is a passive plastic spray jet that produces no heat and draws no power.

What existing parts must the car already have for these 61667056732 nozzles to function?

The vehicle needs a working washer pump, fluid reservoir and intact hose routing to deliver fluid to the left and right mounting points.

Will the 1.57 inch square base align with the original E46 hood mounting clips without modification?

Yes, the 4 cm footprint matches the factory opening so the original clips accept the nozzles directly.
