12-Inch Amber LED Turn Signal Bar

This 12-inch light bar uses 14 amber LEDs behind a clear lens for turn signal, parking and clearance functions. It is built as an aftermarket OEM replacement for trucks, trailers and commercial vehicles needing DOT-compliant side or rear lighting.

Three-Wire Pigtail Connection

The unit ships with a three-wire pigtail that carries power for each lighting function and a common ground. This lets installers wire the bar directly into the existing vehicle harness without extra adapters or controllers.

Flush-Mount Footprint Constraints

The housing measures 16.1 by 2.35 by 1.1 inches, so the mounting surface must accommodate that full rectangle. Builders working with narrow rails, curved panels or pre-drilled hole patterns narrower than 2.35 inches will need a different form factor.

Questions about this item

How often will the 14 amber LEDs need replacement under normal driving conditions?

The 14 amber LEDs are solid-state and rated for tens of thousands of hours; they typically outlast the vehicle and only require replacement if physical damage or moisture ingress occurs.

What limits continuous operation of the 12-inch light bar during extended use?

The clear-lens housing relies on passive convection across its 16.1-by-2.35-inch surface; sustained high ambient temperature is the first factor that can reduce output or shift colour.

How much heat does the 0.23-lb strip produce when run all day?

The 14 LED array draws very low current, so surface temperature stays only slightly above ambient and no active cooling is required for all-day operation.
