Off-Road LED Rectangular Light

This 18 high power LED rectangular light measures 7.1 x 5.2 x 3.1 inch and weighs 1.33 lbs. It operates on 12VDC to 24VDC systems and carries an IP67 water resistant rating. The black plastic housing features rugged anti-vibration construction for off-road use only.

Sustained Output and Beam Performance

High beam delivers 3500 lumens at 6500K while low beam provides 1500 lumens at the same colour temperature. Ten white position LEDs add 100 lumens for supplementary visibility. The ultra slim housing design aids heat dissipation during extended operation.

Halogen Sealed Beam Replacement

This unit replaces standard 4"x 6" halogen sealed beams by plugging into the existing wiring harness. The jump is worth it when brighter output and LED longevity are needed for off-road driving. Position light function requires additional wiring beyond the main beam connections.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the 3500-lumen high beam generate during extended use?

The light operates on 12–24 VDC with an IP67-rated housing that dissipates heat passively; no active cooling or thermal figures are published.

What wiring does my vehicle need to run the position light function?

The main beam plugs into the existing harness, but the 10 white position LEDs require a separate 12–24 VDC feed you must route and fuse yourself.

Will the 7.1 × 5.2 × 3.1 inch housing bolt into a classic 4×6 sealed-beam bucket?

Yes, the ultra-slim plastic housing is designed to fit OEM 4×6 buckets and fender cut-outs using the original mounting points.
