4G LTE Router for North America

This dual-band wireless router converts a 4G LTE signal into Wi-Fi for locations without cable internet. It accepts a SIM card from AT&T or T-Mobile and provides download speeds up to 150Mbps. The device suits holiday cabins, remote cameras and other off-grid sites in North and South America. It is not for buyers in Europe, Africa, Asia or the Middle East.

Dual Band Capacity and Headroom

The router delivers 300Mbps on the 2.4GHz band for web browsing and 867Mbps on the 5GHz band for gaming or streaming. Combined throughput reaches 1200Mbps. Four 5dBi high-gain antennas improve 4G and Wi-Fi signal quality at longer distances. Performance runs out when the cellular link exceeds 150Mbps download or when many clients saturate both bands simultaneously.

VPN and Regional Limits

Built-in PPTP, L2TP, OpenVPN and WireGuard clients encrypt traffic for remote access. The hardware is locked to North and South American frequency bands, so it will not connect to carriers elsewhere. Cloudflare and DDNS support simplify remote management. Buyers needing European or Asian 4G compatibility cannot use this model.

Questions about this item

Will the 2.4 GHz band on this router interfere with my older 2.4 GHz devices?

The 2.4 GHz band runs at 300 Mbps and handles web browsing while the 5 GHz band runs at 867 Mbps for gaming and streaming, so older devices stay on 2.4 GHz without slowing newer ones.

How do I confirm the 4G LTE connection is active after inserting my SIM?

The router delivers up to 150 Mbps download on AT&T or T-Mobile networks; once the SIM is inserted, connect a device to the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi and run a speed test to verify throughput.

What comes in the box and do I need to buy antennas separately?

The unit includes four 5 dBi high-gain antennas already attached for 4G LTE and Wi-Fi signal improvement, so no separate antenna purchase is required.
