Capacity and Everyday Limits

The 3-inch ring diameter provides 480 sheets of comfortable working capacity while the maximum rating reaches 625 sheets. Two interior pockets add space for loose handouts, though the rings will not accommodate documents larger than 8.5 by 11 inches.

Overlays, Pockets and Recycled Content

Non-stick polypropylene overlays accept inserts measuring 11.47 by 11.19 inches on the front, 3 by 11.19 inches on the spine and 9.5 by 11.19 inches on the back. The material contains 36 percent post-consumer recycled content and meets EPA Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines.

Questions about this item

Will the 3" round rings on this binder work with the standard 8.5" x 11" paper I already use?

Yes, the binder holds 8.5"H x 11"W documents and has a 480-sheet capacity with the 3" round rings mounted on the back cover.

How can I confirm the binder is set up correctly for presentations?

Insert your custom pages into the front, spine and back clear overlays — front cover 11.47 x 11.19, spine 3 x 11.19, back cover 9.5 x 11.19 — and check that the non-stick poly material does not lift print.

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately?

You receive one black binder with two inside pockets, sheet lifters and the clear overlays; inserts for the overlays are not included and must be purchased or printed separately.
